Zalcitabine =dideoxycytidine =ddC	Hivid	제조업체에서 중단됨.
Stavudine =d4T	Zerit  =Zerit XR
Lamivudine =3TC	Zeffix  =Epivir	HIV와 B형 간염 치료제로 승인
Abacavir  =ABC	Ziagen	구아노신 유사체
Emtricitabine =FTC	Emtriva (formerly Coviracil)	Lamivudine과 구조적으로 유사하여 HIV 치료제로 승인되어 B형 간염에 대한 임상시험을 진행 중.
Entecavir =ETV	Baraclude	B형 간염에 사용되는 구아노신 유사체입니다. HIV 치료용으로 승인되지 않았음.
Emtricitabine/ Tenofovir disoproxil/ fumarate	Truvada	HIV를 치료하고 예방하는데 사용

(Nucleotide analog reverse-transcriptase inhibitors)

성분명	상품명	기타
Tenofovir =TDF	Viread	미국에서 HIV와 B형 간염 치료제로 승인
Adefovir,	Preveon =Hepsera	독성 문제로 인해 HIV 치료에 대해서는 FDA의 승인을 받지 못했지만, B형 간염 치료에는 저용량이 승인됨.
